I like that it's easy to use. It gives you options when looking at your social media profiles but still allows you control over how much of each account you want to check before getting into their main dashboard. You can see everything in one place rather than having to go through multiple sources. Sometimes there are filters that don't work as well or aren't available in some countries (we're from Colombia). We have used this tool since last year so we can say they've improved every time! Our clients trust us with their brand image. The more people who know about them, the better our results will be.
