The time off tracker is very intuitive to use while providing excellent reporting features for managers. It makes it easy to track employee hours, vacation usage, sick leave, etc in one place. I would like that some of my clients used this system more because when they don't we have problems with tracking their information. This allows us to easily look up all our employees' records at once instead of having to go through each individual file. Also being able to see previous entries helps me make sure there are no errors or mistakes made by myself or anyone else during payroll.
