When I received it I was very impressed. When I'm out and about, on the bus, walking or running at night, I often like to switch off from the world and this has been a very welcome addition to the times I've had to do just that. They fit great and come with a variety of ear tips for a comfortable fit in your ear canal. Very impressive. I was in the past. less than careful with my headphones. Throw them on my desk, throw them in your bag, etc. However, this time I figured it out. They come with a good suitcase, let's use a good suitcase. Unfortunately, a week after careful care. the right earpiece is mute/dead. A SMALL sound comes out. but it's nowhere near as effective as it used to be. I will contact support and update this review on how well support is handling the situation. I'm really counting on the company's support - I just need help with that.
