I like that it is easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere at any time. It also allows for quick document updates, which is great when you need to make changes quickly. I dislike that it is so hard to find information about how to get started with this program. You have to contact their support team to figure out what they recommend. The company I work for has been using this software to keep our customer's personal information up to date. It makes it easy for us to do this because we are able to access the system from anywhere and anytime.
