Great Equestrian Leather Soap

This is a glycerin-free soap blend that has a more pasty consistency than most other products and leaves a matte finish. (I understand you can finish it off with Belvoir's Step II Shiny Finish Cleaner, but it seems hard to find in the US). The soap has a slight odor. He's done a great job reviving a pair of old bridles. In contrast to conventional glycerin bars, soap has a clearly nourishing effect. After applying the soap I applied a light buff and after the seams were dry I applied a thin coat of hydrofan oil but before applying the oil the bridles were elastic. I'm tempted to try Carr and Day Conditioner in the future. The soap comes with a glass-sized sponge. To be honest, the configuration of the cans and the softness of the soap make Carr and Day easier and cleaner to use than liquid or bar soaps.
