Impressive shaving set. I bought this for my husband who has always wanted this set as it reminds him of the old shaving tools that men used back then. There are a few clarifications I would like to make before moving on to this kit and how it works. The description is a little confusing as the top of the product page mentions that there is badger hair for the shaving cream brush. I think they meant to say they look like badger hair, but they definitely don't. If you look at the fine print when looking at the product images you will see that this is nylon hair which I believe is synthetic. The picture in the description also states that these knobs are made of oak, but it is clear that at least the fretboard is some kind of coating that is not real wood. Maybe it's just an edition and everything else underneath is oak, but I'm not sure. However, they are still of excellent quality. I personally don't care if they're real or not because they look and feel classy and sophisticated. Husband totally agrees. I think if you're into natural materials this might be a problem, but if you're just interested in a quality product I still say it's what you need. It was very easy to assemble it. It took about a minute and I didn't even have to follow any instructions. never mind I love that it comes with a little pouch to keep everything in, but we don't really plan on using it because it looks great on our bathroom counter. My. My husband likes it when it's on display. I also like that there are so many spare blades included. You don't have to order for a long time! Highly recommended.
