I have read other reviews and mostly agree. It doesn't look like it will be "all year round" or very good for outdoor use and rainy weather. It's quite thin and doesn't repel water very well. However, I use it on my bike in the garage as a dust cover, so I'm not too concerned about the weather resistance. I bought the XXL and it covers my HD Softail Slim S to the bottom of the tires leaving some room in the front and back. The price is what you would expect from this cap. So if you think you've found a diamond in the rough keep looking but if you just want a decent cap at a low price and use it indoors this one works well.
