I LOVE this monitor arm set! I can't say how happy I am with it because after seeing similar products for $100-$200 I thought I was buying something that would be too fragile to support my 27 inch display. But just as I started taking parts out of the box, I could tell they were very solid. Nice thick metal frame parts, smooth running of gas springs etc. It wasn't difficult to put together although I'm at work with a similar setup so I already knew what it should look like once assembled so take that with a grain of salt. I found the 1 page guide to be very simple and easy to follow. And one of my favorite things is that the kit comes with hand-tight screws for the VESA mount, as well as a bracket that holds the VESA mount to your arm. It's hard to explain but the point is they are very well thought out easy to use mounts for parts that need to be replaced most often. Overall a solid 10/10 for this set. I highly recommend this mon or arm/stand. Just wondering what makes other products so much more expensive? That's what I expected in the $100-$200 price range!
