OMGosh. Because our world is so crazy right now, I've decided to bring some lasting joy and happiness into our lives by having a small 4 foot tree indoors year round, decorated with the appropriate holidays of the months. So I installed these lights at the end of February 2021 and I don't need any more string because they cover all the bases. (They even have red, white, and blue designs!) I hope and pray they last a long, long time. You are impressive! The remote control is thin, compact and easy to use. There are several animated actions (one of them is shown in the video. The gray buttons work wonders); a timer feature that I didn't use as I hooked up a light to a large digital timer; and about colors and fun! Just turn on the light and play with the remote control. If you are decorating a large tree (the tree shown in the picture is about 14-16 inches wide at the base and 3 feet tall from the decorating area) I would buy two or three garlands. Go slow and be patient while keeping the thread in time (keep your thumb on the line as you release the light; they will spiral out) as you decorate. easy to manipulate. (With copper wire lamps, I learned to use used paper towel rolls for storage. Keep them on that "roll" and avoid the risk of tangling when you remove and replace them every year. 😉) I'm also including Photos of the plug, how the electronics are placed and how much cable is available from the last light to the socket. They cost a little more, but are worth every penny.
