See edit below for quality issues and poor customer service. First review shortly after installation: I had my doubts reading some of the reviews for leaks, jagged edges and unimpressive printing. Wrong, wrong and wrong. So far this shower head is superior to my previous Moen which cost 10 times as much. Installation took 10 minutes. I installed on an existing short arm and the spray was just great (didn't need a longer sleeve for the rain jet). The quality of workmanship is excellent. The spray feels great - soft (no needles) and covers a large area. Update April 2021, about 6 months later: I still like the quality of the shower water. The problem is what's leaking between the shower head and the ball joint that connects to the pipe coming out of the wall. Her advice is to use a washer and wrap teflon tape around the threads where the head (including the ball joint) attaches to the wall pipe. Hi!. This isn't where I told them the leak! The shower head is so loose on the ball joint that you can no longer align the shower head. Gravity pulls the head to the lowest point closest to the wall. If you gently push the head towards the joint, the flow will stop. I would give this shower head a solid 5 stars if it weren't for this issue that the seller doesn't offer helpful support (only in words) for.
