This company is fantastic, friendly, helpful, perfect. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong beard size (I needed a regular one, but I ordered a standard one). I realized it was my fault after sending them a modest complaint. They were very patient and humble towards me. In doing so I realized my mistake and even though it was my fault they tried to fix it with me. I took only a small consolation and ordered the right thin beards at my own expense. But great service! Such companies should, and hopefully, thrive in the Revain economy. We all make mistakes and don't realize what is written in the product description. I'm so glad I didn't write a terrible review about their labeling before realizing it was my fault! As customers, we all have to take our actions seriously. We will only have great access to products at great prices if we don't take advantage and hold ourselves accountable for our actions. Great lesson for the future.
