Review on Washable Voluminous Waterproof Mascara for Fine Short Eyelash, Intense Lengthening Mascara for Women, Black (0.1 fl. Oz) by Melissa Jarantowski

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can confidently say that this mascara is a nightmare. While it claims to be waterproof and washable, it smudges and smears so easily that it's impossible to keep it looking nice for more than an hour. The only pro is that it does provide some length, but that's hardly worth the hassle of dealing with the smudging and flaking. Save yourself the headache and go with a different mascara.
