I bought this speaker system for a visit to my mother's nursing home. The resident sits in the cabin and wears a headset while the visitor uses the microphone. The system is amazing. Clear and easy to use. However, the microphone did not last 30 days. And now the residents can no longer hear their visitor well. I don't want to send all this back and take away from the nursing home the ability for visitors to hear loved ones, but residents should be able to hear too.
