I mean wash your face well then use a cleansing wipe etc. I do the facial dermaplaning the same nights I wear it. It helps remove the dead skin from my face after I've completely removed my makeup. I don't wear mine every night. maybe 3-4 times a week while I sleep. I like the prevention of more wrinkles in this product. Other nights I focus on my regular night products because they can't be worn under these pads. You can attach them around the pads after putting them on. That's what I do I already order nursing pads because when I wake up I start to see wrinkles. which tells me it's time to work on making sure they don't become permanent.
