Well considering I waited over a month for this item I thought it was worth it because the item matched my car and like two reviews had to look like, it fits perfectly with her window. After inspecting the item a few months later, I immediately noticed that it was very thin, and although the conch shell that contained the tint was both black and reflective, I noticed that the tint itself was only one layer on both sides was black. As you can clearly see in the photos, this is not a custom shape to fit my window. I have to choose exactly which side should have the gap on the top and bottom. I sent an email asking to replace the item and they replied that I installed it incorrectly in the box and watched the video for the installation guide. I thought I was educated enough to know how to put on a sun visor, but I watched the video anyway. I was unable to complete the return as the item was never marked as shipped or delivered. Now the company wants me to pay for shipping and handling the return of the product. I have clearly reported problems with this item in almost 10 emails, but there is no solution. I think for $30 a custom sun visor would be worth the money. It is clear that I was mistaken in this. If you are looking for a sun visor that reduces the temperature of your car and fits completely in the window, I strongly recommend that you do not purchase this item. I also have a 2020 RAV4. I'd like to see pictures of two other people who said this is perfect for their car, you'd better buy the $10 version from Costco.
