I bought 2 of these monitors for my wife in January. One of them works fine, but the other had bad flicker right out of the box. I contacted support via email (the only option) and they replaced the monitor with an incomplete one (no connecting cables), used, scratched with a smudge on the screen that looked like it had just been thrown in a box. I bought a NEW one, I should get a NEW one, especially since it's only been 2 months. I haven't heard from them since then. I am preparing to contact my company CC and BBB.
