It is not layered as in the picture
Part of the tutu is not layered as in the picture and the flower patch on the front is not sewn on properly which creates this odd gap that did not lay flat . If I didn't let my niece try it on by the deadline I would definitely send it back. I gave 2 stars, basically I got what I paid for. Attention buyers
