This cream is the best! It was recommended to me by 2 cloth diaper shops and we keep buying it. It smells really great (not overpowering) and it works. For very severe diaper rash we had to use Aquaphor but it solved most of our diaper rash problems in both children. It has also helped a lot with other skin rashes, minor burns and abrasions - the skin seems to heal quickly. An added benefit is that diaper changes smell better :)
