It really works. When I received it I thought it was impossible but I started using it. It took me about 6-8 uses to notice a difference, but it REALLY works. It says to keep your lips away from your teeth for 30 seconds, but I usually do it for 2-3 minutes. It's not fast and it's not tasty, but it works. If you're looking for an instant, noticeable whitening, go to the dentist and drop $250.
