Buyers should be careful with balloons

My sister ordered this and I was asked to inflate the balloons. They have some kind of powdery substance on them, I'm not sure exactly what, but my lips are swollen and cracked and I've had some sort of allergic reaction ever since. I'm not allergic to latex. I'm allergic to the powder on these balls.
