Review on FurReal Friends Mama Josie Kangaroo by Kevin Singh

My child has been dreaming of this toy for a few months. Unfortunately the version we received and opened just yesterday afternoon didn't move, didn't interact, said a phrase at times, didn't move at all but made a crunching noise as if trying to move. I tried replacing the batteries, fixing bugs - but they sent me a defective version. Literally DOA that. I am happy that my child is in a good mood. but the right way is Hasbro. I told her Doc McStuffins would fix Josie while I was in a hurry to order another. Terrible. Although it would be great if it worked. I think?
