I'm 6'2" 190 lbs and bought the larger. The shirt suits me. This is no ordinary t-shirt. as such. Not 100% cotton (97%) and you'll definitely notice the spandex. This is a good shirt if you are going out to dinner or a bar and want to wear a t-shirt without looking like you are wearing a t-shirt. More formal look than a regular t-shirt.
