I have neck problems and used to wake up with neck pain and migraines, I started wearing a sleep collar backwards (front opening) every night and now I have no neck pain and just a few migraines every now and then. I have recommended it to several other people with neck pain and it has helped them as well. I LOVE this travel pillow!
