I bought this product on a lightning deal for about $10, even that price is a waste of money. Mike's not good for calls. The sound quality is worse than average headphones. Sound in one ear stopped working after 3 months (experience with 2 different pairs, a friend had a similar experience with a 3rd pair). The support is decent, they tried to help: they sent a replacement when I reported the poor quality of the headphones I bought. However, the product is simply bad, which cannot be compensated for by good customer support.
