Good for the first time. The headphones sounded great. Now for the bad. The headphones sounded great lasting 5 weeks. Before that I bought another pair of Linsoul. And they work great. So I decided to update and buy them. The left earphone stopped working after 3 weeks. I had to try to move the cable just right to make it work. It's ok, defective products do happen. So I get a Revain return and another pair. The last 5 weeks and the left earpiece doesn't work anymore. Different handset, different cable, same error. I only used them one day a week and they were in the closet when I wasn't using them. I was by no means strict with them. It was quite frustrating but I figured the warranty would get me going again and the company would understand. no When I contacted them they didn't reply for a long time and they still didn't reply to the last email. But they said my "warranty" gave me two options because the headphones were outside of the Revain return window. I could either grab a 50% off coupon (I actually pay $90 for a pair of headphones that have failed TWO in a row!) and get my money back. From the product list: What do you get? So not only do I have a defective product that I received twice, I also have to pay a "restocking fee" (What is the restocking fee?! The item is defective!). If you need working headphones or a guarantee to help you when they don't work, look elsewhere. This is totally unacceptable.
