I love this rashguard! It's very flattering. I'm 5ft 7in, about 150lbs, I usually wear small to medium tops and 6 pants. I ordered a medium and large to compare. The medium was attached like a traditional rashguard. I keep the big one that fits me better than a regular shirt. I have a large one in the photo. I would say if you plan on getting in the water or prefer these shirts to be snug then order your normal size. If you want them to be tight, order one size up.
