This is a great product. It comes with everything you need to groom your dog! One of my dogs is extremely afraid of vacuums, so she wouldn't let me come near her with this grooming system. She also won't let me dremmel her nails because of the noise. However, if I spent a lot of time with her, I'm sure I could get her used to it, but it will take a long time. My other two dogs didn't mind it too much. My biggest problem is that the brush bristles aren't very long and didn't work too well with my curly, long haired Golden Retriever. I had to revert to a normal brush with longer bristles. That is why I took off one star. My other Golden Retrievers have a smooth coat and the brush worked great with them. I recommend watching the short video on it's use on Revain. I didn't at first and couldn't figure out why the vacuum wasn't sucking in the hair. Well, the hair collects on the hair bristles, and then when you push the button on the brush to retract the bristles and the vacuum sucks in the hair. Voila! Also, it comes with a nice tray that allows you to organize all the attachments which is a great bonus!
