It takes about 20-25 minutes to melt wax beans. Be careful not to keep them too hot as they melt like a liquid and you want a thick consistency so you don't burn yourself and are easier to draw. If I could improve this product I would add separate containers. Maybe I waited too long to remove the wax from the enamel area, but it was a little difficult to do once it was inside. So I have to keep it with the wax product, which isn't a deal breaker anyway. But overall it's a nice product, doesn't take up much space, includes everything in the pictures and is very easy to use.
