I had high hopes for this USB as it seemed to be just what I needed. He had a lot of problems from the start. The USB has a built in program that will record your information. That's about all I can say about it since I couldn't finish the initial setup. I have a Mac and when I tried to open the program it wouldn't open. I tried using a Chromebook. Same result. You can only use it on PC. The only thing that looked good was that the program had a lot of information I wish doctors knew. When I first used it, I didn't realize how much information it would ask for. I didn't finish the program when I started thinking I'd just quit later. nope I plugged it into the same computer I was running it on and got an error saying there was a problem with the USB. The message said that the only way to fix the problem was to scan and fix all errors from the USB. Since it doesn't work without a scan, I told him to keep scanning. Once that happened, the USB was dead and useless. The computer asked what program I wanted to open the program with, but there was no choice. If you want to use a very expensive USB for work, it's probably fine. If you want it to do what you think it should do, don't waste your money. I'll go with something simpler and avoid the USB idea.
