Good support structure with great team members who are always willing to help even when you feel very frustrated about something. Not all messages/emails can be delivered instantly as they process them in batches. It's not possible for me to have my business number assigned at once or receive an incoming call from unknown numbers. I use it mainly because of its cost effectiveness and ease to reach out via voice calls but I'm still looking forward to other features available here. I've been able to keep track and communicate easily with clients which is really important!
