Stopped working after day 1

Received my electric blanket around 3pm, plugged it in and kept it low for about 2 hours. I unplugged it and used it again the next day, plugged it in and tried turning it back on but it didn't work. I've tried multiple outlets and the ceiling doesn't work. Big disappointment!
