I just used this oil at my massage therapist's instead of theirs and it was amazing! It was the perfect amount of friction, warmth and a little went a long way! It was the smallest amount of oil used in a massage during my travels, but it provided the perfect feeling from start to finish. The fact that it's slightly warming and has arnica in it is honestly just a side benefit at the moment, although arnica was the reason I chose it in the first place. I will definitely buy it again if needed.
