I was delighted to be able to use this air purifier in my limos especially during the Covid-19 era. Although I found them to be very expensive compared to similar products, I ordered two of these and they seemed great at first glance. After a few days it stopped working, turning on briefly and turning off again. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the cable was very loose and therefore kept disconnecting. Upon further inspection to see if I could tighten anything, I noticed a filter was missing? I immediately issued a refund through Revain and received my replacement today. Luckily their filters are intact! But the connection cable does not fit.? I used a different cable from a different device, but the cable is the same type and fits. Also, the power button dangles and makes a rattling noise, which happens with both items. While it seems to work fine, so does the previous one. we'll see how it goes. I believe that since this is such a new product these air purifiers have not really been consumer tested and quality control in the manufacture or design of these devices has not been demonstrated, if at all. I need this for my guests and I plan to give them a chance but I am concerned about the time they encounter problems due to manufacturing defects. The blue power LED is also blinking, not sure if this is normal? The manufacturer should consider improving quality control. process and price the product more competitively. If I have problems with it I will return it and buy another product from a different brand.
