Sending this one back for a refund.
This sound bar is either defective or poorly engineered. I cannot tell which, and given the nature of the problem--which makes me think it's an engineering problem--I'm not willing to risk a replacement, so I'm sending this back for a refund. When listening to music, loud bass passages appear to overwhelm the amp, causing the volume to dip dramatically. So listening to music is impossible due to the pulsing volume. If not for that problem, it would be a keeper. But when a company sends me junk on their first attempt, they don't get the privilege of a second attempt. Sorry guys. I'll be buying a sound bar from some other company. Better luck with your next customer.
