I buy socks once a decade, and I want all my socks exactly the same, so I never have to bother pairing socks. These look good enough to wear into the office, but they're also comfortable enough to run 14 miles on a trail without getting blisters or soggy, smelly feet. I was skeptical about the moisture wicking claims, but they honestly seem to work as well as the "performance running socks" I picked up from Roadrunner at five times the price. If you're looking for an all-rounder sock, that you can wear with a suit, on a mountain trail, or down a ski run, I'd highly recommend these. I've just bought another 20 so I don't have to buy socks again until the 2030s. Who likes buying socks? The only teeny gripe I have is that they're only about half cotton, which I guess is why they wick so well, but it does mean they don't have as much grip as I'm used to on hard floors or lino. I'm finding that I'm sliding around the house more than my old 95%+ cotton socks, but it's really a minor thing, and maybe they'll improve with time. Overall, these are awesome socks. I can't believe I just said that about socks .
