Great pillow for lumbar support.
My office chair at work is a very cheap model. Every day I left work with terrible back pain. Since getting this my lower back pain has gone away. It helps me sit properly so my spine is in the right position. The only minor complaint I have is that the bottom of the cushion is quite thick (bulky/chubby?) and it affects my chair (the part you sit on). I don't have a lot of room to sit down fully which results in a bit of pain in the tailbone area. It's not about the cushion, it's about how cheap my chair is. The pillow is perfect. I've only had it for about three weeks, but I'm definitely happy with my purchase.
