I've been using it for several months, I'm satisfied. High quality leather, durable, with elasticated side panels that allow the iPhone X to easily fit into bulkier cases such as battery cases. Finger cutouts on the bottom make it easy to put in and take out your phone. The belt clip is a head and shoulders above most, with a strong plastic clip that already slips easily onto the belt through the loops, but with a curved end that keeps it there securely. Good stretch pocket for debit cards and cheques. The only downside, as others have pointed out, is that the low quality universal velcro doesn't hold the flap very well. I may end up replacing it with real velcro or tiny magnets. Overall, this is one of the best cases I've used over the years.
