Our new dog often stays in the garage while we're away, sometimes all day. I was afraid that she might freeze there at night, so I ordered her this heating pad. It's a bit small but of sufficient size. My first thought is to get a traditional heating pad, it's definitely a lot bigger than that with some other benefits. The temperature is adjustable, which makes working with it much easier than with a conventional heating pad, which is practically non-stick. We haven't used it in the garage yet because the nights are still warm, but when I plugged it in at home to figure out how to use it, our two kitties came running. They are naturally heat seekers so I see them like a dog if not more. The cover is removable with buttons for washing.
