The design is made of beautiful, durable aluminum. No sign of bending! There's a hard rubber pad (think laptop plastic stuff) to add a bit of friction to keep your watch in place. When I opened the package, there was a strange gray pattern on the black pad, like old rubber. However, it washes off easily, so it's not a big deal. It would be nice if it was a softer rubber pad, maybe it wouldn't look so dusty. Fossil watch chargers fit perfectly and comfortably. There's no wobble, which is great, and the watch snaps perfectly into place. Most Android Wear smartwatches are actually made by Fossil, so they support a wide variety of watches. In the photo, my Misfit Vapor is on a stand.
