I bought a GoPro microphone that plugs into the side port of the camera. Several online videos show people hand-drilling holes in their cases to gain access to ports. I didn't like this idea because I might need a waterproof case if I use the camera in the rain while riding a motorcycle. I found a SOONSUN case that not only had nicely cut holes for port access, but also had a hinged lens cap and power button. Another nice feature is the cutout on the back for accessing the touchscreen of my GoPro Hero 4 Silver camera. I wasn't expecting this, but it's nice to be able to use this option, while it's still in the case. Very good product Perfect for my application and the cut outs are professional. I would buy again.
