Oral-B brush heads refill pack contains 3 nozzles. Each brush head is packed separately. Aside from the brush head, what I noticed is that there is a little plastic circle in each little box. These small circles have different colors: yellow, red and green. Love this little feature, it helps you identify your own toothbrush. The Oral-B toothbrush model I have is brown. I tried this replacement head and it fits my Braun toothbrush. I've tried this brush head before and find it works great on my teeth. This is only my second year with an electric toothbrush and so far I've only used the OEM brush head. This fill head is slightly different in design than the one I currently use, but the build quality is the same. Overall I'm fine with these interchangeable heads and have no issues using them.
