Yes! LOVE IT! on lips
I love my lip liner and lipstick set! I use them every day. This is a good strain and will stay as long as you want! I do use a bit of lip gloss on top but it still seems moisturizing when matte if you like it! Just ordered another set and a few for gifts! This is my choice and I use MAC, Dior, NYX etc.
