Better with some changes

The bag is already good. A few things I'd like to change: 1) The zipper pings loudly when I leave. 2) Both sides of the strap attach to the back edge of the bag next to the laptop compartment. As a result, when the bag is hung from the straps, it tilts so that the bottom of the bag back is pulled further back and the top of the bag front is tipped forward.
