Ok but planning to replace in a few years

I don't know what kind of rubber they use on these things but they seem to start leaking after 3 years. I have an old Eljer toilet in one of my other bathrooms which is a simple ball valve that hasn't leaked in 10 years. Seriously folks, they need to make stronger rubber for these things that don't really fall apart after a few years. This is my third and the toilet is only about 8 years old.
