Not as safe as you think
Bought two of these for my twin grandsons to practice in the car while I drive. I really enjoy working on it, the biggest problem is that the white collar around the octopus keeps getting shredded leaving long threads, which is very dangerous for children. And getting your hands tangled or choking on the rope is a big problem. This happened to both items I purchased.
