Thick blue pants best in my review
This is a Pant and not leggings. It is very thick and very good for winter.Quality is very good and soft.If you are planning to buy this to wear under the skirt as leggings then it's not a right one. It can only be used as pant for winter. I brought a size 12 and length wise it was good for my 10 yr old it runs a little big. In the waist it can't be stretched easily.
