I have a new Dell G7 15 laptop. I bought this P2418HT to complement it. Unfortunately you have to use 2 darn cables (USB and HDMI) for the touch function to work. If you only connect USB 3.0 as described in the installation guide, it only works as a non-touch monitor. Adding an HDMI cable was the only way to get touch to work. Fun! am i the only one with this problem? Anywho.it is beautiful and has great angles to work with. The screen is not glass which I prefer as with the other two touchscreens I have. Much softer with glass. Will update if I find a way around this multiple cable nonsense. Come on Dell!
