As always, too much research. I knew this grid might not be completely straight. And it's not. It bends because the hanging part doesn't have a perfect shape. BUT I'm in love with it, it has 4 standard towels and one hand towel. Be a little shaky. I can live with that as it faces away which makes it less visible. And when it's packed you have to work hard to really see the curve. See my customer photos. It shows up with white towels. And when you roll the towel so that the edges are folded inwards, it becomes like a spa. I am very happy with this purchase. TIP: Use wall anchors or similar to prevent falling off the wall.
