I bought it hoping to get a good product at a good price. So I had the BEST SHOWER IN MY LIFE! And I was skeptical about the shower head! It was wonderful. The only thing that surprised me is that everything is plastic except for the hose, but I guess that's in the description somewhere. I also didn't know it had a massage mode, which by the way is like paying a pro to take you in the shower! Don't doubt. just get it. It's cheap, well made, and overall a great buy! Price. When I installed the faucet, part of the faucet was leaking. I contacted the seller via email and he responded quickly and agreed to send me the part I needed. happy customer Trust this seller. The woman finally took a bath. It came with all the installation parts I needed for my new pier and log home.
