Great for preventing callus
I am a female with small hands. I purchased the small and they fit comfortably with a little room. These gloves really are light weight and breathable. I was developing callus from lifting and rowing and these gloves did the trick. I purchased a pair before these that had more cushion but they were too bulky and uncomfortable. I am happy I found these.
